BookTalkieTees is a book-inspired design browsing app and website. The app and website do not require an account, and we do not sell personal information.
Information We Collect
BookTalkieTees does not collect signup details, shipping addresses, billing details, or payment information inside the app or website. Favorites, cart items, marketplace preference, consent preference, and cached catalog data are stored locally on your browser or app device.
Information You Choose to Send
If you contact us by email for support, order help, design requests, or listing updates, we receive the information you choose to include in that email. We use it only to reply and help with your request.
Images and Catalog Data
The app and website load catalog information and design images from BookTalkieTees web resources. Your device may cache these files to make browsing faster.
Optional Website Analytics
With your permission, the BookTalkieTees website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage, such as pages or sections viewed, marketplace selections, product types viewed, and clicks that lead to Amazon. We do not send names, email addresses, support messages, search text, favorites, or cart contents to Google Analytics.
When Analytics is enabled, your browser sends information to Google that can include the page URL, device and browser information, approximate location, and IP address. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to provide the service. BookTalkieTees disables advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals in its website tag.
Analytics is optional worldwide. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics.” If you reject analytics, no Analytics tag is loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using . Your choice is saved in this browser.
Google provides more information about how it uses data from sites that use its services in its partner sites notice.
Mobile App
The mobile app retrieves catalog files and images from BookTalkieTees web resources, but the website’s Google Analytics tag does not run in the native mobile app. BookTalkieTees does not currently use a mobile analytics SDK. Normal server or hosting logs may record technical request information when devices retrieve website resources.
Third-Party Services
BookTalkieTees may link to external marketplaces or product pages. Those third-party sites have their own privacy practices, payment flows, and terms. Please review their policies when you leave BookTalkieTees.
Your Choices and Rights
You may reject or withdraw optional Analytics consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information. Contact us to make a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Retention and Deletion
Local favorites, cart items, marketplace choices, consent choices, and cached catalog files remain on your device until you clear the app or browser data or uninstall the app. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. When website Analytics is enabled, BookTalkieTees configures GA4 event-data retention for up to two months. Hosting providers may retain technical logs under their own retention schedules. You may contact us to request deletion of personal information we control.
Children
BookTalkieTees is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy as the app and website evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
